QED has been active in the Kenyan insurance market for over a decade and in 2018 we established QED Kenya to act as a catalyst for further expansion in the region.

Our primary focus remains the insurance and employee benefit industries. The insurance services will be dominated by the introduction of IFRS17 and QED is already busy with IFRS17 implementation projects in Kenya.

QED serves some of the largest Kenyan Insurance Companies and have a significant presence in the employee benefit space in Ethiopia. We believe with our increased presence in the region and a strong local team, QED will become the leading actuarial consultancy in Kenya and the region.
